WCA is committed to helping students use their artistic gifts for God's glory.
Lower School and Middle School students take art and music classes weekly. They have the opportunity to perform in our annual Talent Show, as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas performances for parents.
Our Upper School students have several opportunities to stretch their artistic wings:
- All middle and high school students (grades 6-10) are welcome to participate in the Praise Band, which leads worship during Wednesday morning chapel. The Praise Band is directed by Mrs. Angela Barker.
- WCA presents an annual student musical each spring under the direction of Mr. Brad Deiter. Past productions include Annie Jr. in April 2025 and The Sound of Music Youth Edition in April 2026. We look forward to presenting 101 Dalmatians Kids in October 2026 and Into the Woods Jr. in April 2027.
- WCA Wings of Worship Choir is open to students in grades 7 through 10. The choir rehearses in the WMC Sanctuary on Wednesdays after school under the direction of Ms. Jordan Bezek and performs at school events such as Grandparents Day and graduations.
