Operation Reach Out: Offers help to people in need in Union County by addressing both the physical and spiritual needs of those they serve.  They offer emergency food, medicine, clothing, household items, and funds to people in need. Throughout the school year students collect food, donations, and prepare and serve meals.

Operation Christmas Child: In cooperation with Samaritan’s Purse, students fill shoeboxes with gifts for children who live in poverty stricken countries. 

Operation Sandwich: WCA students make sandwiches for the Charlotte Urban Mininstry to help feed the homeless in and around the Charlotte area.

Room in the Inn: Middle School students prepare and cook food, put together toiletry bags, and serve a meal to the men and women at Room in the Inn. Elementary students collect toiletry items for the ministry. Room in the Inn is a ministry of WUMC,which provides a room and meals for up to six men, women, and children twice per month. 

Socks and Mittens: Junior Kindergarten students collect socks and mittens for A Child's Place. A Child's Place is a local ministry which works to support homeless children and their education. 

Hemby Children's Hospital: Fourth grade along with their Kindergarten Reading Buddies make blankets for sick children at Hemby Children's Hosipital.
