Weddington Christian Academy is looking for educators to positively impact students and families in a Christian environment.  Teachers will need to be willing to serve families and educate young minds. WCA is a JK-9th grade school that has an academically rigorous program using the latest technology enhancements.  In addition, teachers will lead students to develop Christian character. Athletic Coaches

Weddington Christian Academy is seeking coaches to join our team for the 2025/2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong heart for Christ, work well within a team, and have a passion for shaping young lives through physical activity.

Positions available:
Head Coach: Middle School Boys Soccer (Fall, 2025)
Assistant: Middle School Boys Soccer (Fall, 2025)
Head Coach: High School Boys Basketball (Winter, 2026)
Assistant: High School Boys Basketball (Winter, 2026)
Head Coach: Middle School Boys Flag Football (Spring, 2026)
Assistant: Middle School Boys Flag Football (Spring, 2026)

Qualifications:
• Christ-follower, as an active member of their local church
• Supportive and uplifting, encouraging our students
• Knowledge/Passion for teaching sports and a commitment to student growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior coaching experience is preferred
